Dhaka, July 5 (UNB) - Twelve institutions in Dhaka, Rangpur and Khulna were fined over Tk 1.50 lakh for violating the Consumer Rights Protection Law on Thursday.The National Consumer Rights Protection Directorate in separate raids fined the institutions.BCSIR, DMP, KMP and concerned police and district adminisrtaions assisted the drives, said a PID handpout.
