News - SC judgment on 5th amendment has to be accepted: Moudud
Dhaka, Feb 8 (UNB) - BNP stalwart Barrister Moudud Ahmed has denied the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) allegation accusing him of smear campaign against the Appellate Division order upholding the High Court verdict that had scrapped the Constitution 5th amendment.

In a signed statement today (Monday), the former Law Minister said he did not make any remark that could tarnish the image and dignity of the Supreme Court.

“It is undeniable that we all have to accept the highest court’s judgment on 5th amendment of the Constitution,” said Moudud.
