News - HC dismiss plea for halting demolition of Jamuna Future Park shopping complex

Dhaka, Feb 18 (UNB) - The High Court on Thursday summarily dismissed a petition for halting demolition of the unauthorised top four floors of the 10-storey Jamuna Future Park shopping complex at Kuril in the city until disposal of an appeal pending with Rajuk.

A division bench comprising Justice M Momtazuddin Ahmed and Justice Naima Haider passed the order upon a petition filed by Jamuna Builders Limited.
