BINDLACH, Germany, Mar. 9 (AsiaNet/UNB) The Subsidiary of the Textile Discounter NKD is Now Represented in Asia by Four Purchasing Offices

The textile discounter NKD is further expanding its presence in Asia. The
NKD subsidiary Sun Fortune Ltd. is to take over the office of the trade
agency Goalmax as of January 1st 2010 in Suzhou near Shanghai. In addition to
the headquarters in Hongkong, it is already the second office in China.
Together with the branch offices in Dhaka und Bangalore, Sun Fortune Ltd. is
now represented by a total of four purchasing offices in Asia.

Asia and China in particular are becoming increasingly important
purchasing markets for the expansive textile chain store company NKD. This is
also demonstrated by the plans in Suzhou: Sun Fortune Ltd. (100 % subsidiary
of NKD) will not only take over the Goalmax team, but will also create
additional jobs. About 50 employees in total will coordinate the product and
order processing in China. An additional task is the supervision of the
products on site to ensure that the customers of the almost 1400 NKD stores
in Europe are offered exceptional quality at an inexpensive price.
