Union Capital Limited declare 30% Stock Dividend
Dhaka, May 19 (UNB) - The 12th Annual General Meeting of Union Capital Limited was held at LGED auditorium in the city on Wednesday.
The meeting approved 30% Stock Dividend and three Bonus Shares for every 10 ordinary shares for the year 2009, said a press released.
Kazi Golam Rahman, Chairman of the Company, presided over the meeting.
Welcoming the shareholders, Kazi Golam Rahman underlined the invaluable suggestions, continuous support and co-operation from the Shareholders and Directors of the Company.
He appreciated the management for their dedication, commitment and performance that made year 2009 a successful one.
