Student killed in train accident in B’baria

Brahmanbaria, Aug 5 (UNB) - A college student was crushed under the wheels a train at Dariapur rail crossing in the district town on Tuesday.

The deceased was identified as Rajib, 20, son of Bachchu Miah of Maddhyapara area of the district town. He passed the HSC exam this year from the Brahmanbaria Government College.

Witnesses said the Chittagong bound train from Dhaka ran over and killed him while he was crossing the rail line at about 6pm.

On information, police recovered the body and sent it to Sadar hospital morgue for autopsy.
