3 held with fake passport in Benapole

Benapole, Aug 31 (UNB) - Three people, including two women, were held on charge of entering Bangladesh with fake passport through Benapole check post on Tuesday.

The arrested were identified as Shimul Shar, 26, son of Milan Shar of Laxmipasha village of Narail, and Smriti Khatun, 30, daughter of Aiynal Haque Molla, and Mitali Begum, 32, daughter of Munu Mia of Bachanagar village in Laxmipur.

BDR jawans raided the Benapole check post area and held them while they coming to the country with fake passports.

Later, they were handed over to local police.

A case was filed in this connection.
