Dhaka, Aug 31 (UNB) - President Zillur Rahman and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina felicitated their counterparts of Vietnam on the occasion of the National Day of the country that falls on Thursday. In separate messages to Vietnam President Nguyen Minh Triet and Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung, Zillur Rahman and Sheikh Hasina hoped that the existing friendly relations between Bangladesh and Vietnam would continue to grow for the mutual benefits of people of two countries.

In separate messages, two Bangladesh leaders hailed the leaders of Uzbekistan, Libya and Slovak Republic on the occasion of National Day, Great Al Fateh Revolution Day and Constitution Day of the countries.

The Bangladesh leaders wished them good health, happiness and long life and continued peace, progress and prosperity for the people of the countries.
