Chuadanga, Aug 31 (UNB) - Three Bangladeshis, including a woman arrived at Joynagar in Darshana on Tuesday 29 months after being held by India`s Border Security Force and detained there for illegally crossing border.
The returnees were identified as Zahid Hossain Biswash, 27, son of Ohab Biswash and Ayesha Khatun, 23, daughter of Mahmudullah of Mahadevpur village in Monirampur upazila of Jessore and Rashid Sheikh, 30, son of Korban Sheikh of Mallikpur village of Jhikargachha upazila.
BSF hander them to BDR at 12:30pm at Pillar No 76 at frontier village Joynagar following a flag meeting between the two border forces at the same venue on Monday night.
BDR said they were held by BSF at Hatkhola and detained in Kestoganj jail in West Bengal for illegally entering India via frontier village Munshipur 2 and half months ago.
