Dhaka, Sept 3 (UNB) - Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI), the apex trade body of the country, hosted an iftar party at Sonargaon Hotel in the city on Friday.
FBCCI President AK Azad spoke at the iftar party, welcoming the guests.
Finance Minister AMA Muhith, Agriculture Minister Matia Chowdhury, Commerce Minister Faruk Khan, Textiles and Jute Minister Abdul Latif Siddiqui, Bangladesh Bank Governor Dr Atiur Rahman, Rehman Sobhan, Awami League leader Mahbub-ul-Alam Hanif, Rashed Khan Menon MP, BNP standing committee member Nazrul Islam Khan and chairmen of parliamentary standing committees joined the iftar party.
Top business leaders, diplomats, economists, bureaucrats, newspaper editors, senior journalists and representatives of development partners also attended the iftar party.
