
Rajshahi, Sept 6 (UNB) - Six students were expelled from Rajshahi University Monday late night for indefinite period on charge of their involvement in the killing of BCL activist Nasim on the campus.
The decision was taken at a syndicate meeting.
The expelled students are: Zahurul Islam, Lutfor Rahman, Zahedul, Toufiqul, Ruhul Amin and Mushfiqur Rahman. Ruhul Amin is in custody. They are all BCL activists.
The action was taken on recommendation of an inquiry committee formed to investigate into the clash between two rival groups of BCL in which Nasrullah Nasim was killed on August 23.
