Disruption of traffic movement caused a huge traffic jam from Sonargaon in Narayanganj to Bhaberchar of Munshiganj.

Covered van driver Rahman injured in the accident took treatment at a local hospital.

Traffic movement, however, resumed at about 9am as two damaged vehicles were removed from the spot.

Local sources said the traffic jam intensified the sufferings of the people traveling on the route ahead of Eid.
