Dhaka, Oct 3 (UNB) - Ten member companies of Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services (BASIS) in collaboration with Export Promotion Bureau will participate in IFRA expo 2010 at Hamburg, Germany.

WAN (World Association of News Paper & News Publisher) will organize the three-day fair, which will begin tomorrow (Monday).

"IFRA is the largest exposition in the world for 'newspaper industry' related software and IT solution and services.

A number of Bangladeshi companies which are specialized in graphics design and pre-press work for media/newspaper industry are taking part at the fair.

Of the ten participants, 6 companies are going to exhibit their products and services to IFRA expo as exhibitor and 4 others as visitor.

The exhibiting companies are: BITS Solutions Ltd., Devnet Limited, Electronic  Business Solutions Ltd. (eBizzSol), ICT Alliance, Information Engineering  and Consulting Bangladesh Ltd. (IECB) and Zanala Bangladesh Ltd.

The 4 visiting companies are: Aprosoft Consulting Ltd., Graphic People, Mazumder IT Limited and Trade excel Graphics Ltd.

AKM Fahim Mashroor, Senior Vice President of BASIS, IT industry association, will lead as Team leader of BASIS delegation to IFRA.

It is expected that “Bangladesh NEXT” brand which has been launched recently will be introduced from IFRA expo in the Europe and other parts of the world.
