Cash and valuable documents looted from Gaibandha sadar poura bhaban

Gaibandha, Aug 28 (UNB) - Burglars looted Tk 21,000 in cash and important papers from the license section of the Sadar poura bhaban on Wednesday night.

Police said a gang of miscreants entered the bhaban after cutting its grills and vandalized the license section and the room of an office assistant. They also took away cash Tk 21,000 and some valuable documents.

Poura mayor Anwar-ul-Hasan Sabur confirmed the incident. A case was filed in this connection.
