Man arrested for killing his father in Habiganj

Habiganj, June 17 (UNB) - A man was arrested early Friday on charge of killing his father at Chaklapunji tea garden in Chunarughat upazila.

Police said Komol Jhora, 50, was killed by his son Sridham Jhora following a family feud at 10pm on Thursday.

Later, police arrested Sridham from a jungle near the tea garden at 2am.

The body was sent to Sadar Hospital morgue for autopsy Friday morning.

A case was filed with thana in this connection.
