Bangladesh placed in group B of Women’s World Cup qualifiers

Dhaka, Aug 17 (UNB)- Bangladesh placed in group B along with West Indies, Pakistan, Ireland and Japan of the Women’s World Cup qualifiers that will begin on November 14.

The group A comprised South Africa, Sri Lanka, Netherlands, Zimbabwe and USA.

Hosts Bangladesh will play their opening match of the group against Pakistan on November 14 at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium (SBNCS) in Mirpur and the second match against Japan on November 15 at the BKSP, in Savar.

The hosts will play their third match against Ireland at the BKSP, in Savar and the last group match against West Indies on November 20 at the SBNCS, in Mirpur.
