Dhaka, Oct 4 (UNB) - A fire that broke out at a branch office of Jumuna Bank at Dholaikhal in the city on Sunday gutted all most the documents of the office.
Fire Brigade sources said, the fire originated at the office on second floor of a multi-storied building from an electric short circuit and soon razed through some other rooms of the same floor at about 4pm.
Bank officials claimed that almost the documents of the office went up in flames in the blaze before it could be tamed.
On information firefighters rushed to the spot and doused the fire at about 5:00 pm.
However, no causality was reported in the incident.
