Tokyo, Nov 26 (AsiaNet/UNB) - NTT DoCoMo Inc. on Thursday launched a smart phone that it claims will be able to fully fend off APPLE INC's iPhone.
The major mobile phone operator released the Samsung Galaxy SII LTE as part of its line-up for the year-end sales season.

"This smart phone offers some of the finest functions out there," President Ryuji Yamada said at a launch event. "It can sufficiently challenge iPhone."

The handset is the third in SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS CO's popular Galaxy S line.
