Mother commits suicide after killing two kids in Rajbari
Rajbari, Apr 8 (UNB)-A mother allegedly committed suicide by hanging herself after killing her two kids at Golabari Bongram in Pangsha upazila early Sunday.
The deceased were identified as Achia Begum, 25, wife of Amirul Islam, their son Asif, 5, and daughter Khadiza, 2.
Pangsha thana officer-in-charge Alamgir Hossain said Achia Begum first hanged her kids from a mango tree separately and then took her own life in the same way late at night.
Neighbours found the three bodies hanging from the tree in the morning.
Local people said Achia committed suicide apparently because of feuds with her husband.
On information, police recovered the bodies and sent those to hospital morgue. A UD case was filed.
Additional police super Mizanur Rahman and assistant police super Abdul Mannan visited the spot.
