Body of a man recovered in Savar
Savar, Apr 11 (UNB) - Police recovered the body of a man in Kabirpur area of Dhaka-Tangail highway in Ashulia thana here on Tuesday early morning.
The deceased was identified as Shahidul Islam, 40, son of Nomiruddin of of Bidyutpara village in Nageswari upazila of Kurigram district.
Locals said they found the body in the area and informed the police.
Later, police recovered the body and sent it to Dhaka Medical College Hospital morgue for autopsy.
Police suspected that miscreants killed him elsewhere and dumped the body in the area.
