News - Khaleda holds meeting with party senior leaders
Dhaka, Apr 23 (UNB) - BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia sat in a meeting with her party’s senior and mid-level leaders on Monday night and discussing the evolving situation following the countrywide dawn-to-dusk hartal on Sunday and Monday over Ilias Ali’s disappearance issue.

The meeting that started at her Gulshan office at about 9pm was reviewing the latest situation after the two-day hartal as well as the next course of ongoing movement after tomorrow’s shutdown, according to sources close to the meeting.

The meeting was in progress till filing of the report at about 10 pm.

BNP leaders Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, Dr Khandaker Mosharraf
Hossain, Barrister Moudud Ahmed, Lt Gen (retd) Mahbubur Rahman, MK Anwar, Mirza Abbas, Gayeshwar Chandra Roy, M Morshed Khan,  Sadeque Hossain Khoka, Maj (retd) Hafizuddin Ahmed, Shamsuzzman Dudu and Amanullah Aman were present at the meeting.
