News - Khaleda meets press this evening
Dhaka, Apr 24 (UNB) - Leader of the Opposition and BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia will meet the press at her Gulshan office this (Tuesday) evening.

The BNP chairperson is expected to brief the media about the mysterious disappearance of party central leader M Ilias Ali and the country’s prevailing situation arising out of disappearances of political leaders, the deteriorating law and order and the government’s ‘repression’ on opposition activists.

BNP chief’s press secretary Maruf Kamal Khan told UNB over telephone on Monday night that the press briefing will be held after the opposition’s daylong nationwide hartal on the third consecutive day on Tuesday.
