1 killed, 15 injured in Sirajganj road crash

Sirajganj, Apr 26 (UNB) – A man was killed and 15 people were injured in a road accident at Amtola bazar in Tarash upazila here on Thursday.

The deceased was identified as Guju Mia, 50, hailed from Debdadpur village in Lalpur upazila of Natore.

Witnesses said the accident took place at about 10 am as a district town bound human hauler (Nosimon) from Natore collided with another human hauler, killing a passenger of the district town bound Nosimon on the spot and injuring 15 others including its driver.

Seven of the injured, one critically, were admitted to general hospital while the rest to local hospital.

A case was filed.
