News - Fisherman killed in tiger attack in Khulna
Khulna, Apr 27 (UNB)-A fisherman was killed in a tiger attack in Bojboja area of Sundarbans on Thursday.

The deceased was identified as Sohel Mollah, 19, hailed from Jorsing village in Koyra upazila.

Forest officials said a tiger swooped on Sohel when he went to the Chera River of the forest for catching fish and dragged him into the deep forest.

Later, other fishermen recovered his bruised body and handed it over to his family members.
