BEIRUT, Apr 27 (AP/UNB) - Syria's state-run TV says an explosion has rocked central Damascus and casualties have been reported.
     
Details of Friday's blast were not immediately available.
     
Friday has typically been a day of anti-government protests since an uprising against the regime began 13 months ago.
