Dhaka, May 4 (UNB)- Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina Friday expressed deep shock at the death of educationist and former MP Razia Matin.
She was wife of former Dhaka University Vice-Chancellor Dr Abdul Matin Chowdhury.
Razia Matin, also the founder principal of the Dhaka University Laboratory
School and College and University Women Federation College, died of old age
complications on Wednesday.
In her message, the Prime Minister recalled the social services of Razia Matin and her contribution to education and politics in building a secular society.
Sheikh Hasina prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed profound sympathy to the bereaved family members.
