Steps to be taken to modernise Hili land port

Dinajpur, May 6 (UNB) – Chairman of Bangladesh Land Port Authority AKM Yahiya Chowdhury said that various measures are being taken up for modernization of Hili Land Port.

Different infrastructures have already been built at the port, he said during a visit to Hili land port and private operator Panama Hili port in Hakimpur upazila on Sunday.   

Yahiya visited Hili land port at 11am and later held a view exchange meeting with export-import businessmen, C&F agents, public representatives and labourers at the conference room of Panama Hili port.

Addressing the occasion, Yahiya said more infrastructures would be built for modernisation of Hili port.
