2 arrested with phensidyl in Jessore

News - 2 arrested with phensidyl in Jessore
Benapole (Jessore), May 7 (UNB) - Police arrested two alleged drug peddlers along with 63 bottles of phensidyl in separate drives near Kaoria government primary school in Jhikargachha upazila of Jessore early Monday.

The arrestees were identified as Abdus Sattar, 30, son of late Gauhar Ali of Bagachra village in Sharsha upazila and Babu Hossain, 25, son of late Shahadat Hossain of Mobarakpur village in Jhikargahcha upazila.

Police said acting on secret information they arrested them along with the contraband drugs at about 5am.

Two separate cases were filed against them under Narcotics Control Act.
