News - Youth found dead in Savar
Savar, May 10 (UNB) - An unidentified young man, aged about 30, was found dead near Modhumoti Model Town here on Wednesday.

Police said a group of farmers saw the body of the youth beside Dhaka-Aricha Highway and informed police. He was blindfolded and his legs and hands were tied up.

Later, a team of Savar thana police led by sub-inspector Moniruzzaman recovered the body and sent it to Dhaka Medical College Hospital morgue for autopsy.

Police said miscreants dumped the body here after killing him elsewhere in the capital. The body bore multiple injury marks in the neck and different other parts.

A case was filed in this connection.

With the latest one, police have so far recovered the bodies of seven men from different parts of the upazila in the last two weeks.
