
ISLAMABAD, MAY 10 (AP/UNB) - Pakistan has named Mohammad Hafeez as its new Twenty20 captain for next month's series against Sri Lanka while leaving Misbah-ul-Haq in charge of the test and one-day teams.
Pakistan's selectors on Thursday also picked three different wicketkeepers for the three formats while dropping Misbah from the Twenty20 team.
Pakistan will play two Twenty20s, five one-dayers and three tests against Sri Lanka, starting with a Twenty20 in the southern port city of Hambantota on June 1.
The selectors also recalled fast bowler Mohammad Sami to all the three squads and middle-order batsman Faisal Iqbal was brought back into the test team.
