Magura, May 10 (UNB) - Muggers in the guise of RAB snatched Tk 3 lakh from two businessmen at Bhitesair near Diana More on Magura-Jessore road in sadar upazila on Thursday afternoon.

Tushar Bishwas and Parimal Kumar Das, two businessmen of Binodpur Bazar, drew Tk 3 lakh from Islami Bank Magura town branch and were heading to Jessore town to purchase goods.

A microbus was following the vehicle carrying the two businessmen.

As they reached a petrol pump the micro intercepted their vehicle and a gang of 6 robbers got down from it. The gangsters introduced themselves as RAB men and dragged the two businessmen out of the vehicle.

They freed them a little while later at Hasimpur taking away from them a bag which contained the money.
