News - Stocks maintain positive trend
Dhaka, May 15 (UNB) – Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) and Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) maintained a positive trend in the trading on Tuesday with prices of most of the shares at both the bourses witnessing gains.

The DSE benchmark index, DGEN, gained 39.99 points or 0.79 percent to stand at 5097.15 at 11:35 am. Of the issues traded till then, 133 advanced, 49 declined and 19 remained unchanged.

Similarly, the CSE key index, CSCX, gained 44.96 points to reach 9598.45 till 11:35 am. Of the issues traded till then, 67 advanced, 27 suffered losses and 11 remained unchanged.
