2,566 bottles phensidyl seized in Jessore

Benapole (Jessore), May 20 (UNB) – A private car along with 2,566 bottles of phensidyl was seized at Palbari in Jessore town on Saturday night.

Acting on a tip-off, a team of RAB-6 raided the car and recovered the drugs worth about Tk. 13 lakh.

However, none was arrested as the smugglers fled the scene abandoning their car sensing the arrival of the elite force.

A case was filed.
