House owner shot dead by robbers in Ctg
Chittagong, May 22 (UNB) - Robbers shot dead a house owner and looted valuables from his house at Ghonapara in Bashkhali upazila early Tuesday.
The deceased was identified Mohammad Nabi, 70.
Local sources said a group of robbers numbering 15/20 entered into the house of Nabi by breaking open the door at 2am and looted 7/8 tolas of gold ornament, other goods and cash.
When resisted by the house owner, they fired at him leaving him dead on the spot
