PM shocked at death of Prof. Muzaffar Ahmed

Dhaka, May 23 (UNB) - Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has expressed her deep shock at the death of noted economist and educationist Prof. Muzaffar Ahmed.

The former chairman of Transparency International Bangladesh (TIB) breathed his last at the city’s LabAid Hospital on Tuesday night at the age of 79.

In a condolence message, the Prime Minister prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed her sympathy to the bereaved family members.
