Dhaka, May 23 (UNB) - Communications Minister Obaidul Quader said that youths of the country have many a times proved that they can make the impossible the possible.

He also lamented the loss of many lives, including that of young people in road accidents which he said has become rude reality now a days.

He made the remarks while speaking as the chief guest at a function organised to mark the opening of `BRAC Driving Training School`, a vehicle driving training centre at Ashkona in the capital on Wednesday afternoon.

Earlier he inaugurated the modern motorized vehicle training school by cutting a ribbon.

Speaking on the occasion the Communications Minister said Bangladesh is blessed with vast resources and immense possibility. ``It is abounded with talents, particularly the young segment of the population are extra-ordinarily talented``, he observed.

The youths have stamped their marks home and abroad and recently they conquered the highest peak in the world, he mentioned, adding that they have often proved that hey can make the impossible the possible.

But the Minister said that road accidents have been claiming many valuable lives, including that of young people every year.

``Deaths in road accidents have become a harsh reality``, he said urging all to contribute to bringing these fatal accidents under a tolerable level.
