Sramik Dal to hold rally in city Saturday

Dhaka, May 25 (UNB) - Jatiyatabadi Sramik Dal, the labour wing of BNP, will hold a rally in the city tomorrow (Saturday) demanding unconditional release of the arrested leaders of the BNP-led 18-party alliance.

Sramik Dal will organise the rally in front of the BNP Noyapaltan central office at 3 pm.

Sramik Dal president Nazrul Islam Khan, also standing committee member of BNP, will preside over the protest rally while BNP standing committee member Tariqul Islam address it as the chief guest.

The other demands include withdrawal of “false” cases filed against the 18-party alliance leaders, including Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, and return of missing BNP organising secretary M Ilias Ali.
