Geeky Gadgets Online

It looks like PayPal has decided to expand its mobile payments as the company has signed a deal with 15 new retailers in the US, PayPal previously announced a deal earlier in the year with retailer The Home Depot.

The 15 new retailers which are listed below, will offer PayPal mobile payments throughout 2,000 stores in the US, and PayPal are looking to add another 20 more retailers before the end of the year.

At an event at PayPal headquarters today, we announced 15 new national retailers who are going to bring innovation and flexibility with PayPal’s offline payment and shopping solutions.

These include: Abercrombie & Fitch, Advance Auto Parts, Aéropostale, American Eagle Outfitters, Barnes & Noble, Foot Locker, Guitar Center, Jamba Juice, JC Penney, Jos. A. Bank Clothiers, Nine West, Office Depot, Rooms To Go, Tiger Direct and Toys “R” Us. We can’t wait to launch with these great retailers, and help them serve their customers better through PayPal.

PayPal can obviously see potential with mobile payments, and is obviously looking to expand its smartphone payment system throughout the US this year.
