PM condoles loss of lives in devastating Qatar fire

Doha, (Qatar), May 29 (UNB) - Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has expressed deep shock at the loss of lives in a devastating fire in Qatar on Monday.

In a condolence message sent to Qatar Prime Minister Sheikh Hamad Bin Jassim Bin Jabr Al-Thani, Hasina prayed for the eternal peace of the departed souls and conveyed her deep sympathy to the bereaved family members.

At least 19 people have been killed, including 13 children, in the fire at a major shopping mall and entertainment complex, Villaggio Mall, in the Qatari capital of Doha, according to the country's interior ministry.
