bdnews attack: 2 more arrested

Dhaka, May 31 (UNB) – Members of Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) arrested two more youths at Nabinagar in Savar early Thursday in connection with the attack on the journalists of bdnews24.com.

The arrestees were identified as Imran, 22, and Yakub, 21.

Tipped off, Rab members raided the area around 1am and arrested the youths, Rab officials said.

Earlier, on Monday, nine bdnews24.com journalists and office staff were injured, three seriously, in an attack by some local miscreants.
