Keraniganj, June 1 (UNB) – A home made liquor making factory was unearthed at Old Bandura village in Nawabganj upazila of Dhaka district on Thursday.

Being tipped-off, a team of Nawabganj police raided the house of drug peddler Jewel, 32, and unearthed the factory at about 3:30pm.

Police also arrested Jewel and recovered one litre home made liquor and 20 litre liquor making materials during the raid.

A case was filed with thana today (Friday).
