News - College student electrocuted in Jessore

Benapole (Jessore), June 2 (UNB)-A college student died from electrocution at Dargahpur village in Bagharpara upazila of Jessore Friday night.

The deceased was identified as Rajib Hossain, 17, a student of Bagharpara College and the only son of fertilizer trader Rabiul Islam of the village.

Police said Rajib got electrocuted while giving electric connection to a television set at a shop near his house.
