Dhaka, June 2 (UNB) - Squally weather may affect the North Bay and adjoining coastal area of Bangladesh as deep convection is taking place over the North Bay.

Maritime ports of Chittagong, Cox’s Bazar and Mongla have been advised to hoist local cautionary signal number 3, said a Met office bulletin.

All fishing boats and trawlers over the North Bay and deep sea have been advised to remain closed to the coast and proceed with caution until further notice.
