Sayedee released on parole

Dhaka, June 14 (UNB) – Detained war crimes accused Delwar Hossain Sayedee released from the Dhaka Central Jail on parole at 5.40pm on Thursday to attend his elder son Rafiq Bin Sayedee’s namaj-e-janaza.

Sayedee, the nayeb-e-ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami, is being escorted to Motijheel Government Boys' High School ground where the namaj-e-janaza will be held.

Rafiq died of cardiac arrest on Wednesday.
