JS body finalises scrutiny report on amendment bill

Dhaka, June 14 (UNB) - The Parliamentary Standing Committee on Health and Family Welfare Ministry today (Thursday) finalised its report on “Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (Amendment) Bill 2012” to place it before the House.

The report was finalised at the 26th meeting of the parliamentary watchdog held at the Jatiya Sangsad (JS) Bhaban with committee Chairman Sheikh Fazlul Karim Selim in the chair, said an official release.

Committee members State Minister for Health and Family Welfare Mojibur Rahman Fakir, Mohammad Amanullah, Alhaj Prof. Dr MA Mannan and M Anwar Hossain attended the meeting.

Senior officials of the ministry were present at the meeting.
