News - Youth crushed to death under train

Chapainawabganj, June 15 (UNB) – A young man was crushed to death under the wheels of a train at Bidirpur in municipal area early Friday.

The deceased was identified as Sumon, 30, son of Solaiman of the area.

Railway police sources said Khulna bound train ‘Mahananda Express’ hit the youth, leaving him dead on the spot at about 1am.

Railway police recovered the body and sent it to Sadar Hospital for autopsy this (Friday) morning.
