Timber trader dies after taking intoxicating drinks in Bhola

Bhola, June 17 (UNB) - A timber trader died after taking locally made intoxicating drinks at Dularhat Bazar in Charfeshion upazila on Saturday.

The victim was identified as Zafar, 25, of the village.

Locals said Zafar fell seriously ill on Friday night after taking excessive spurious drinks.
He died on way to Barisal Sher-e-Bangla Medical College Hospital on Saturday afternoon.

On information, police recovered the body and sent it to hospital morgue for autopsy.

A UD case was filed.
