Robbery at 6 houses in Manikganj

Manikganj, June 17 (UNB) – Robbers looted valuables and cash worth about Tk 20 lakh from six houses at three villages in Singair upazila early Sunday.

Locals said 10/12 dacoits wearing mask swooped on the houses one after another at Chhoto Kaliakoir, Manikdah and Atkaria villages and looted the goods and cash.  

Three people were also injured when they came under attack by the criminals.

Police later visited the spot, but no one was arrested till filing of this report at 5pm on Sunday.
