Dhaka, June 23 (UNB) – Due to strong monsoon steep pressure gradient persists over North Bay and adjoining area.

Squally weather may affect North Bay, adjoining coastal area and the maritime ports, said a special bulletin of Met Office.

Maritime ports of Chittagong, Cox’s Bazaar and Mongla have been advised to hoist local cautionary signal No. three.

All fishing boats and trawlers over North Bay have been advised to remain close to the coast and proceed with caution till further notice.
