Recipe: Watermelon salad with olives and mint

This light yet filling salad can go well with grilled meat or fish!

Ingredients
Watermelon — 1/2, cubed
Onion — half, sliced thinly
Black olives — 1 1/2 cups, chopped
Feta cheese (optional) — 1/2 cup
Mint — 1 bunch
Lime — 1
Olive oil — a little
Salt and pepper — to taste

Method

- In a bowl, mix olive oil and lime juice and add this to the cubed watermelon. Now, add the red onion and olives to this and toss. You may also cut the cheese over this for taste. Add mint leaves and season with salt and pepper. Serve it chilled.
